AUTODRAWN

The Unconscious and Automatism of early 20th century art is re-enacted with live-streaming data and sensors.

The Autodrawn is an assembly of gears attached to eccentric throws that spin and turn wells of ink. As the gears are turned by measured inputs from the environment, a painting is generated by the nonhuman mechanism.
